Enjoy our three-thousand square foot, custom luxury pool home, less than four miles from Disney World. This is one of our Orlando vacation homes that offers two master suites with king-size beds (one with Jacuzzi), two queen-bedrooms, one twin-bedroom, and queen size pullout-couch, all on one floor.
This is not your typical Rolling Hills house. Rolling Hills houses essentially have two different floor plans: A one story, four bedroom or a two story, five or six bedroom. Only five were built like ours (a custom design with 5 bedrooms on one large floor) and as far as we know the rest are all owner occupied).
We have four full bathrooms (including one accessible from the inside and the pool area), and all our towels are extra luxurious and thick. In our great room, you will find a full Dolby Digital home theater, plus there is a smaller one in the main master suite. The kids can play video games (Nintendo Gamecube, games included) on the 56" HDTV in the great room, while you relax by the pool and listen to music (with our outdoor sound system) or cook steaks on our large stainless steel barbecue.
After you spend a day at Disney, Sea World or Universal, come home and unwind in the eight-person spa. We have a fully-equipped kitchen, with high-end appliances, and a separate living room, where you can stretch out and read, or just sit on the couch and talk. If you have young kids, we have two high chairs plus single and double strollers.
If you are the type that is never away from the office even when you're on vacation, or you just want to finish up that book you've been working on, we offer a new PC, with Windows 7, Microsoft Office, and a broadband internet connection with wired and wireless router (if you prefer your own PC, just bring an Ethernet cable, and you can plug your laptop right in, even if you do not have a wireless card).
You can make unlimited long distance phone calls to the US and Canada for free.
Rolling Hills is a quiet area, and our screened-in pool area, backs up to a conservation area with a pond. You can even see Disney's fireworks from there. You will not be disappointed in this Ultra-Luxury pool home, and you will not soon forget your vacation in this great area!

Super spacious and comfortable
My family and I have stayed in this home numerous times and loved it. Home is beautifully decorated, has everything you would need, very clean and quiet, the pool/spa is fantastic. I have referred this home to all of my friends and family as I know they would love it as much as we do! The owner was great to work with and very accommodating.

This gorgeous, six bedroom, four-bath home, was originally the builder's model, and it shows like Better Homes and Gardens. Total sleeping capacity is 14 people plus one infant in 6 bedrooms. This is the second of our Orlando vacation homes.
When you enter our house, you will find yourself in our ceramic-tiled great room with cathedral ceiling. This is a great place to relax in the evening after a day at the parks. Relax on the couch and watch a movie on our 55" HDTV with Dolby Digital surround sound and DVD player.
On the right when you walk in is a queen bedroom.
Heading towards the back past the great room, you'll see the formal dining area on the left and kitchen on the right; further back on the right is a kitchen table.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator (with icemaker), range, microwave and dishwasher. We provide all dishes, pots, pans and utensils.
Take a left at the dining area and you'll be in the first floor sleeping area. There is a master bedroom with king size bed, and a Winnie-the-Pooh themed bedroom with two twin beds. Every bedroom in the house has its own TV. On the left is a Pooh-themed bathroom. Continuing on you'll be in the laundry area, with a full size washer and dryer, and through there is the game room, with foosball, air hockey and Playstation 2 (with 50" TV), plus a stereo and an assortment of board games.
Head back to the great room and go upstairs; there are three bedrooms here. On the right is a second master suite with king size bed and own bath. On the left is a queen bedroom and another twin (two beds, mickey-mouse themed) with its own DVD player.
Also upstairs you will find an office area with a high-speed internet connetion. We also provide a wireless access point (802.11b/g) if you prefer to bring your own laptop.
Outside is, of course, the heated pool and spa area, which is screened in, and dining and lounging furniture are provided on the lanai, as well as a gas grill. Outside the lanai is a large yard where the kids can run around.
Additional features are: phone with free long distance to US and Canada, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, security alarm and door alarms. All towels and linens are provded as well.
It is located just three miles from Disney World in the elegant, private community of Rolling Hills. This is not your usual class for Orlando vacation homes.
The family will have a fun and fabulous vacation, at the most reasonable prices.

Perfect vacation home
This home was comfortable, clean, and attractive. I actually wished it was my full time home. It's located within 10 minutes from Disney and is in the heart of the attraction scene. We plan to make this an annual trip and will only stay at this house.
